2B1 Radio is a licensed Internet Radio Station created by Angelia Parsons out of her love for music and a desire to some way contribute to humanity as a whole. The station broadcasts in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom 24/7 on LIVE365 servers in Pennsylvania. Standing on the foundation of Rhythm and Blues; its contributions to music and the Black artists who created and have continued to grow its genre, 2B1 Radio is in appreciation and dedicated to them. Station programming is just not R&B it also covers Alternative, Jazz, Indie, Blues, Gospel and some Classic Rock and Roll

2b1 Radio host a variety of music programs aiming to attract generations both new and old. 2B1 Radio is about “Love and Unity” sharing a universal connection through music in supporting new artist, celebrating older artist and in memory of those artist who have passed on.

“When I think about music that resonates with me, I think of the artist, the creator. What were they thinking? I am so amazed at how they put into words what I feel and how the sounds (the instruments) almost speak” “How”? “The best answer I’ve heard came from artist, Lin-Manuel Miranda, he said, “For the artist, the power of music is to tell our own stories. We hold a mirror to ourselves and write the music that comes from inside us and other people say, “That’s me too”, and it is. Hearing those lyrics and sounds that validate my feelings is why music has been a constant friend and confidant. Music has been and is an indescribable therapy and I believe that comfort is God sent.”

“My thing in life is to in some way contribute to humanity as a whole and to encourage finding and being our authentic selves. I love being creative, a bit on the eccentric side and I’d like to think, loving, but I am neither a musician nor singer. Yet, I wanted to create something that brought all those things I love and who I am together. As I continue to build and grow 2B1 Radio, I believe it will fulfill lots for me to offer you”.
